At Furclean, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, refunds may be granted under the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is returned with its original packaging and all included components
  • A valid Order ID or proof of purchase is provided

Refund requests must be submitted and approved before returning any item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Once validated, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no cost, or
  • A full refund, depending on the situation

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Requests made after the 14-day period
  • Minor variations (color, packaging, or expectations not matching personal preference)

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back if required

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
